Wilder has done an exceptional job with Brooks, Seriki, Peck, Arblaster etc. Brooks and Seriki were half assed sulkers that nobody wanted as regulars. Seriki was bombed out at Rotherham and Rochdale with his Blades career looking a forlorn hope. He's turned them into two of our most consistent players and valuable assets who are amongst our biggest grafters.

In the pre snowflake generation it was called "man management". Find the right buttons for the individual and push them. Whatever you do don't treat everybody the same because they're not. Long may it continue. I like Brooks but I still think there's a lot of development in him at Champ level. The jump up at this stage might not be the best thing. Final ball, decision making, finishing can all come on again. Femi can work on his final ball and defensive side so when he gets his big move his positional play is better and he's less reliant on his athleticism.Ofc money talks so I wouldn't blame them.

And I wouldn't blame us for cashing in and maybe signing players without as high a ceiling but able to get us to be better. Just like we did with David Brooks. I don't think any of the players we brought in have had anything like the career of Brooks but I think they combined made us much better then if we just kept brooks and went again

Regarding Seriki and the supposed problem between him and wilder, in the last programme there was an interview with Kalvin Phillips in which he said he was surprised how many times Seriki got the gaffers breakfast for him. If wilder dislikes him so much you would think this would be the last thing the lad would do

I don't think either are premier league players. That's not coming for them. I think it's 3/4 of players on the pitch in the top flight aren't English anymore. It's never been harder to get into the top flight due to the ever increasing global reach.

It's bollocks. Both Seriki and Brooks have spoke well of Wilder. If somebody honed me into a player attracting interest from higher levels instead of somebody on the fringes (at best) of a Championship side I'd be thankful too.

I love Brooksy. He’s an exciting player but he’s still got masses to learn, that’s obvious when anyone sensible looks at him. He’s improved this year and is getting better and better.

His physicality this year has improved greatly but there’s still room for improvement. He has clearly worked on his right foot. Shot at Millwall e.g.

I don't think it's as enormous as you think, but can't deny there's a clear difference, over multiple occasions.
