We've spent money, and Wilder is confident of another signing, so there's clearly money left.

Coming to the conclusion that there's no money seems silly to me.

Some still have the mindset that we don't have a pot to piss in like under McCabe.

But its currently September, he has a financial value to Utd who have an option for another year on his contract anyway.

The point being Mark Duffy did not have any significant resale value, that is why he was released and the opposite means that Lundstram wont be, hope that clarifies the situation 😉

If his heart isn't in it Wilder won't play him. Wilder believes Lunny is 100% despite the contract issue, if this is not the case he will be training with the kids.

I hope so because we need players giving their all this season is even more important than last season given everything that is going off in the world if we were to be relegated it would set us back god knows how many years.

Given that CWAK have worked their bollocks off to get us here it would be criminal to let that hard work be undone by lack of investment in key areas.
 
If we can find the dough to get Buendia/Brewster we will have a real nice season.

If we could have one of those 3 I would take Buendia all day and twice on a Sunday. The chances he creates are off the scale and McBurnie would deffo cash in, even legs gone Billy would have a tap in every game.

Really would too I rate McBurnie i think with a creative midfielder in the mix to provide our strikers with I think McBurnie would thrive.

I was really excited when we were linked with EZE because he is everything we were crying out for a creative player that gets assists and goals.

But Buendia.would an excellent acquisition too and hope Wilder brings in another in a late swoop like he did with Norwood for Evans I think that could be a game changer personally speaking.
 
Have we been linked with Buendia? He would definitely be my number 1 target, but I just can't see it happening. I don't think we have the funds. Maybe another year or two in the prem we might be able to afford a player like that.

They want £20m, we already spent that on Berge.

Are we serious about being EPL big players or are we preparing for the EFL?

Does it have to be that drastic? We finished 9th without Buendia or Brewster etc...! It'd be a big surprise if we went down this season.

Also, we've spent plenty of money since being promoted!
Also CW might not want Buendia...!

No way are we having the same defensive record this season. The defence/keeper kept us winning 1-0/2-1 etc. Different season.
