He signed a contract with Wolves so that's where his commitment is. He did it knowing it meant we'd have to pay a bigger fee for him so it's a no from me.

100% no. Let Wolves keep him on the fat contract he signed and see how many starts he gets for them next season.
For me he was never committed to us as he signed a contract with Wolves and for that reason alone I wouldn't sign him. Well that and I don't think he's good enough anyway.

Useful squad player for 500k. If they want any more than that they can keep him.

I think he's decent but it's mostly potential with Ethan. He's yet to completely convince me and we are moving up a level. I would take him at the right price.

To be fair to him, unless we offered him a permanent contract, he would have been foolish to turn down Wolves' offer.

A guaranteed contract on decent money, or a maybe from us? I know which I'd go for.

I'd personally make an offer for him, but as a development player, much Like Wolves have him as, rather than a definite starter.

If his Wolves contract is as good as suggested he may not fit into our salary structure anyway, and that would be one ceiling that Tufty would not allow to be broken.

I thank him for his contribution because he was massive for us when he first came in but I really think we need to be looking elsewhere.

EEL has played a big part this season and he will always be welcome back at the Lane, however as much as Basham, JOC, Jake Wright and EEL have done we have still been too vulnerable at the back. If we are sticking with 3 CB's Wilder has to bring in a seasoned pro that has top level experience, we need to be better at shutting up shop.

Half a million? Really? I wouldn't be bothered either way, seemed good at the beginning then made a few mistakes so I am not sure, I cannot say about Wilson being better, not seen enough of him but looked ok at MKD but half a million seems way above my valuation, who else is a possible target, Ricky seems to have a handle on this sort of thing that I find worth listening to, provided I dont get a smart arse comment :-o
