Would you rather donate money to Pigs or Blades?

I've heard suggestion that it'd be a classy move to try raise some money for our porcine neighbours in their hour of need with a gofundme.

I've also heard it said this season is "shit or bust" for the Blades and since we're not being linked with anyone impressive, perhaps we fans should try give our seemingly brassic new owners a hand (might embarrass them into action?) with a gofundme to help contribute to a decent purchase.

So, hypotheticaly, if you were to donate (£80?) this month where would you rather send it?

Voted for United. Don’t think they need money, but I wouldn’t even give the pigs the sweetcorn out my shit.

Blades will always come before the pigs in my view. I wouldn't want them to have a whip around for us, if they go bust, they go bust.

I'd rather cut my left testicle off with a blunt saw, then be made to chew on it for an hour, than give any help to Wendy.

Let them suffer for another few months, before they finally go to the wall.

Reading their forum over the past few weeks is the best laugh I've had in ages. Chancer for President!

I won't be donating my hard earned money, but Maybe Betts and his mates can raid the council funds

Although I am enjoying the soap opera element of s6, I do feel bad for people that work there and potentially aren't even fans.

What would a donation do other than give money to the Tuna King?!

I hope they don't disappear, I like the rivalry and I am enjoying the thought of them not signing players and pretty much playing their academy.

Get them down to league 2

I have donated £0 through the gofuku website

As much as it's kind of amusing the state they are in, we all enjoy having the Steel City Derby and the bragging rights that can come with it.

If they did a mass protest outside Hillsborough I wouldn't be against United fans going down to join in, as this does effect us to this respect.

As much as we dislike the Pigs, I don't think many Blades fans want to see them go out of business altogther.

Would rather donate to Hallam or any other number of clubs where said donation might actually matter and be needed

That's a poll I'd be interested in seeing. I would love it if they went out of business. It would be better for us in the long run not having a two team city, I hate them as a club and I wouldn't even miss the derby as the pressure is often too much to enjoy the occasion.

I thought they were getting an American billionaire who is obsessed with getting them back to Premier League glory anyway...

No point donating to the pigs, even if you think it's a noble thing to do, the money will just end up going to Chansiri one way or another. Pigs will survive

If you got the money, donate to something that matters e.g. cancer charity, homelessness etc

I certainly don't want them to go bust - I want big games, excitement and rivalry - oddly. But I wouldn't donate a penny to help them either. They get enough from us with the ticket prices they charge
Absolutely this. Forty two quid per ticket when we hammered them in 2017. Forty five quid last season. Serves the greedy fuckers reyt that they're going down the shitter.

A point been made by many, but given they allegedly have 500k fans all waiting to put their money on, why would they need us?

I would put change in a collection bucket if it was going to help out individual staff members who haven’t been paid, but it’s really not our job to keep them afloat.
