I was just wondering if anyone believes there may just be a twist in the tail and we might some how survive relegation. Before you ask no i haven't taken anything this morning it is just something tells me we might at least take it to the last day i know that means 3 wins on the bounce including Reading at there place but there run will come to an end soon and the other 2 are at home.

Its a long long long shot but just have this feeling.
 



For your own good give it up dp! It all became a formality two or three weeks ago. It would take a miracle of unquantifiable proportions now.

All the feelings you might have in the world wont make United win three on the bounce. They haven't done that all season so I cant begin to imagine what makes you think they'll do it now.

I think with that kind of delusion you ought to go and take something! :D
 
No hope left for me! Mine was pretty much lost before the Pompey game and was fully gone 90mins later!

If we win 3 on the bounce i'll walk to Carlisle from Salisbury for the away game next season!

Only those who still believe in Father Chrismas, fairies are real, Elvis is still alive and politicians dont lie........oh and the Blades are a well run club!!!

Our season has finished apart from the youth cup final.

How many times has it worked the other way round? Certainties to stay up......right until 4.50 on the last day of the season that finds us relegated and shellshocked!!

do I think it's our time to reverse the trend?

NOT A CHANCE!!

I've also got a very strong feeling that too much Bostik affects the brain cells.
 
We will survive if the 3 teams above us go out of business before the end of the season.

You know what I find most amusing about that old cliche? - the fact that it's said as if United always make things difficult but then always pull through in the end.

What they actually do (8 times out of 10) is make life difficult for themselves and then fail. The 2/10 are one offs that you get every 20 years or so.
 
Late Kick Off is going to seem even more like a '70s program next year.
 
We're not dead yet but fatty is out of the shower, dried, got her make up and undies on. She only needs to put her dress and shoes on and clear her throat.

Four wins and who knows what will be the outcome???

I won't fully accept it until were mathmatically down, but all hope has gone.

I don't understand.

But for me. No. We are down. I've kept getting my hopes up since I first realised we were a League 1 side after the Scunny game but it all ends in disappointment.
 
It means you're still young enough not to be cynical about a lot of things, especially the blades. Long may that continue. Your time on this planet will be all the better for it. :)
 
What price a Donny/Palace draw tomorrow which would put them 6 and 4 points clear respectively?

12/5 on Bet365 which seems generous!
