Well i do.
I'm walking in and out of rooms, taking the dog outside and having the odd peep at the scoreline.
I guess the pressure is really on after having such a big lead that it's getting to me.
The next few weeks will be torture.
Guess i'm not the only one.

No, I’m fine with watching us on tv or live at the ground

No, I can’t get to many games and when I do the travel costs more than a season ticket so I love us being on so much. Really annoyed that it’s not on the Red Button tonight. I find it frustrating that we waste so many opportunities, but nevertheless at least we create them. There are plenty of teams on the tele that have a meagre creativity compared to us. I never find it dull supporting The Blades.

Always hated watching us on t.v. I usually find I'll get on with something else while it's on, whether I'm working at home or pottering around the house.

Ever since the disastrous second Premier League season sitting through game after game of utter dross, it's tuned me to not take defeats quite as badly and to expect the worst.

I do however associate certain commentators with us losing - Bill Leslie in particular seemed to cover a lot of our games in the PL and every time I hear his voice on other games, I picture empty grounds, our defenders running round like headless chickens and John Lundstram barely breaking into a saunter.

It's certainly a lot less stressful watching the full match replays of a win, rather than being at the ground and wondering if Watford are going to equalise.

Maybe it's just distractions and "choice" generally but for something like the Blackburn game I would have found that impossible to watch on TV, but at the ground you're there and you can't look away, or go and do something else.

Taking it away from football, it's the same with films: I can't watch anything on TV without getting distracted, if I want to see a film I go to the pictures.

Maybe we're all high on the crack cocaine of antisocial media FOMO attention-grabbing - as soon as your dopamine levels are below 95% you crave another hit.

Slow Down.

Depends how we play.

The 1st half against Millwall and 2nd half against Blackburn felt slightly embarrassed
because we looked (at best) a run of the mill mid table Championship side...playing long ball football.

We've played some great football at times this season and have some quality players (higher quality than the Wilder promotion team).
So it's so frustrating when we many of our players look so uncomfortable on the ball and struggle to link 2 or 3 passes together.

Not particularly I either just buy it on ifollow or straight to 401 on sky sports football

I’ve had mobility problems for a couple of years or so and had a couple of ops, so it’s been ifollow for me and it’s been a life saver, love watching the blades regardless if on tv or in person, both nerve wracking but both great.. legs and hips getting stronger by the week so hopefully be back at bdtbl before the seasons out.

Never watch us on TV . If I can't make the game I listen to the radio Sheffield commentary . Which at times is purgatory ( not the commentary) they build up the excitement then you hear the disappointment in their voices before you hear the final outcome of, "Norwoods wonderful ball throughhhh, oh what a poor choice from Mcburnie why didn't he slip it through for Doyle"
Blackburn Saturday; " Oh what a break out, 4 against 2" you just knew it would end up in the back of the net.
So hopefully they've got coverage tonight. Their disappointment puts years on you.

The annoying thing for me is we're either really really shit or quite good. I just want a Gary Neville version of 'Liverpool didn't play that well' 7-0 win tonight

Can’t watch us on tv,even if I could not get a ticket to go to Wembley I wouldn’t watch it,never have been able to for some strange reason or another.I’m away at present and the Blackburn result was a dagger to the heart especially after the performance of which a good friend of mine gives me a professional match report . That’s the Blades ever since I’ve watched them, continue to elate and disappoint.

I prefer watching it live or on TV to listening to it on the radio. On the radio the commentator makes it sound as tho every attack by the opponent is right in our faces and we’re just surviving and of course vice versa - every attack of ours is great and almost a goal. In actual fact the stats prove it’s hard to score a goal but radio commentary makes it sound as tho it’s almost basketball. But I’ll be listening again tonight.

I find it difficult listening to it if it's live on radio, suddenly the commentators start raising there voice because there's a chance of scoring but if I'm not concentrating I'm suddenly thinking who has a chance? Us or them, do I want it scored?
Do I cheer if it goes in?
Who's fuckin stupid Idea was it to be a football fan.

I find it harder, cos when I shout at the ref about wrong decisions, or players about what to do, they listen even less than than when I'm at the match.

The problem I find is that no matter how loudly I shout at the tv the players continue to ignore my advice !!

Nope and I actually pay to do it, but that gif is to the point :D

Yes but for different reasons.

If it’s a main Sky game, the commentators do my head in.

If it’s on the red button, it’s like the COVID games, no atmosphere, an even more shit commentator, one camera and no replays.

I find it's easier to watch us when I've had some ale😂
Similar.
I don't drink at home that much, so the best way for me to watch UTD (if I can't get to a game) is at the pub.
I am more likely to drink more, have someone to chat to (moan to!) and can either celebrate or wallow in more beer after the game........it is much harder to do that at home.
I can't watch at home if the missus is in the same room either, she has no interest in football, tries to make comment on the game and makes it worse if we are losing.
I think the bottom line though is if we are winning and playing well - I can watch that anywhere and with anyone, but I have to be in the right environment if we are playing badly.

I watched Millwall and Blackburn at home instead of going to the pub - hated it. Never again!
