Do we want the same again next season?

If NC stays we will be watching the same negative tactics next season as we have this season.
I think we need a new manager with different ideas and a more attacking style because NC will not change his tactics for next season and I fear it will be more of the same,which is making me feel a bit deflated tbh.
What are your thoughts?

Just say we keep mr clough how long do we give him ?. If we are not in top 3 at Christmas he's off. Top half of table and cup run he stays. Do we let him sign more players if he's likely to get the sack?. I can't see him turning it round he's had many chances this season and hasn't . I think he has steadied the ship but we need to move on now and I don't think mr clough is the man to take us to the next step .

Not sure he will change the way he operates. He is pretty much as Derby fans said he would be.

Anyone who thinks he will change, or that he will learn from his mistakes is deluded. He's been a manager for 17 years; he's behaved exactly as many Derby County supporters said he would. He doesn't recognise his mistakes because he doesn't think they are mistakes.
