Referee on Monday is the same one who did us v Donny away. Sent one of ours off (hes sent two off all season) and awarded them a penalty.....

Obviously you weren't there ?Really? Don't blame the ref. Apart from the early handball he was OK.
But those were correct decisions. If we'd had him last night we'd be looking at a very different scoreline going into the second leg.Referee on Monday is the same one who did us v Donny away. Sent one of ours off (hes sent two off all season) and awarded them a penalty.....
2. The disallowed goal was a foul, he had his hands on his shoulder. Any ref would have given it.
Just saying, having watched from John Street I saw it very differently.
Too many issues to sit and recall them, but there were many inconsistencies, errors and a complete lack of control.
Plus linesman, second goal was just a couple of metres offside.
The player was neither interfering with play nor in line of site - I know, stupid interpretation of the rule but there it is.
As Bill Shankly once said, "If he isn't interfering with play he shouldn't be on the pitch!"
