From where I was sat, that is at home listening to a radio commentary on the club web sight.
3-1 up and a forth goal disallowed, being well on top in the game, to me, it all fell apart after making the substitutions.
OK injury to 'blasterbates', but fuck me, Fulham, in boxing terms were on their knees and about to fall flat on their fizoggs. If it were I who had been subbed, out raged would I be and I hope the subbed players were, to Wilders face.

Maybe the best way is to have the ref signal a timekeeper who responds to the refs signal to stop the match timepiece and start it again with another signal.When times up ! an hooter sounds and that's it ! Whatever is happening on the pitch. Works well in Rugby they seem to have a better carry on with all this modern technology.

And it’s that easy.
A match clock that everyone can see, run by someone who just has 1 job to do - manage the clock.
Stop it for an injury, a VAR (fucking thing) check, substitutions, goal celebrations & start it again when the ball is back in play.
The only thing that doesn’t cater for is players ‘wasting time’ so maybe the ref decides that & adds on 1 or 2 minutes. OR minimises it by flashing a few more yellow cards about.

No Var we would have won on Saturday. Have the rules changed you can kick the ball away after being given a free kick/corner goalkeeper tacking goal kicks wherever they want in the penalty. not placing the ball properly when taking corners, and falling when no challenge to con the referee who always falls for it. Var interfering even five mins so the game stops for three to five minutes. a load of injury time. This is not football anymore, the game is ruined.

After searching the internet for replay's it seems like the violent conduct check wasn't for Breretton Diaz but for the Fulham keeper who landed on top of him and took the opportunity to throw both a punch and a kick at Diaz while they were both on the floor, hence why Diaz and the United players were so upset, no wonder it has been kept quiet how has the keeper stayed on the field? Clearly Diaz is seen to be holding his face in the aftermath and while the VAR check is in progress. Think Fulham got away with a few things in that game.
