I thought Adams just smashed into their keeper, going nowhere near the ball.

If Adams had have gone in correctly, facing forward, he may have earned himself an easy goal

Probably one of the clearest fouls of the game – I was amazed that some near me thought the ref robbed us of a goal.

I was sat on the Kop and thought it was a clear foul. Adams didn't try and win the ball at all and just focused on jumping into the keeper and trying to barge him past the line, in which the keeper had no choice but to drop the ball so he didn't end up in the back of his own net with the ball still in his hands. When everyone stood up around me cheering and shouting I was still sat in my seat and never got up because I knew straight away the ref was going to give the foul. Even if it hadn't have been a Foul think today the ref would have given it as a foul as he didn't give anything for us today.

I think he's developing his 'professionalism' - as are the team. Why not shove the keeper in the net? If you're not going to get on the end of it anyway, take a chance.
