I agree he's not been in good form this season, particularly of late, and can sort of understand the clamour for him to be replaced in the team.

What I don't understand though is who people would expect to replace him at RCM, given there is no obvious choice, either in the squad or amongst the U23s. Both Bash and Amapdu have shown they're no better an option and I've eben seen the frankly ridiculous suggestion of playing Bogle (a natural RB/RWB if ever there was one).

Unfortunately, the catastrophic recruitment last summer did not address the glaring gaps in the squad, competiton at RCM and adding creativity / goalscoring threat being one of them.

For me osborn.i know he's not everyone's cup of tea but at least you know we will get a shift out of him something we won't get from lundstram.

I think Bogle would be well suited to the Lundstram role. Lots of energy. Gets up and down. Decent defensively. Can beat a man and offers a goal threat.

He’s also likely to be here next season, so a potential long-term solution.

I'm not sure what it's called when you watch the previous manager do the same thing over and over again expecting a different outcome and then you do the same thing in your first game in charge. That would appear to be madness on another level.
