the other night and he said that Coutts would be back for the Sunderland game? I mean, really? As in, 'ridiculous'.

Mind you, this is the same commentator who called Basham 'Callum'.

Maybe he meant Sunderland next season ;)

Think he meant back at the ground...as in watching.

He’s back training though, will be building the strength up so that when he’s given the all clear to resume running and then contact he will only be a few weeks away from the side.

All being well he may be back for April IMHO

Really hope you're right Doctor Grizzly blade

He is back at the club, with a cast on his leg, which is not quite being back, playing.

Although the cast on his leg has prevented Coutts from watching United in person, he is scheduled to attend the game against Sunderland on Boxing Day. It will, he admitted, provide an opportunity to personally thank many of those who have supported him over the past four weeks.

Fuck's sake! What's wrong wi players these days, eh? Hockey was back on the sub's bench after a week, with a sock over his cast and a boot he'd borrowed off Eddie Colquohun.

Wimps!

He's going to be at the lane as a spectator for the first time since his injury, hope he gets a big cheer

If we’re pushing for automatic/play offs, then he may be involved. But if we’re around mid table, I rather he waited until next season, to be on the safe side.

Just in time to help us avoid the drop.
