He previously managed Ollie Watkins at Brentford, so that's hardly poaching a player we were after. They're not going to be in the running to sign Brewster given that they've spent £83mil already this summer. As for Matty Cash, he was sought after by other teams along with us.

I'd like to know where all their money is coming from and why we can't match it. They spent nearly all their parachute payments in getting promoted, then they spent £100mil last summer and another £83mil this summer.

Maybe I don't understand FFP properly, but does it only apply to teams in the football league and in European competition and the rest of the Premier League is exempt?

It annoys me that we're financially responsible and stable, spend within our means but have to shop in B&M while everyone else seems to be shopping in M&S.
