If were gonna enforce the on the line at all times rule, we must enforce the no stuttering/feint run ups.

I flipping hate those. Love it when they do it and the keeper doesn't move so they end up sending a piss weak shot straight into their arms.

Stuttering run ups are as much against the rules as a big toe offside but NEVER seen one penalised. Never get discussed or scrutinized by commentators as rule breach.
Why enforce some rules to a ridiculous degree but totally ignore another rule?
