Has done quite a few books "exposing" life as a footballer. Stories from inside clubs, etc. Not bad reads tbh. Started as a column in a paper i think.

Was loads of speculation on who it was and i think theyve nailed it down as Kitson, based on timings,etc.

Quite the opposite in my experience. I used to be on the same train a lot of the time as him when he was heading south after training etc and ended up chatting a fair bit to him, was a spot on fella IMO. Some comments he's since said left a bad taste! He was horrible piece of work on the pitch mind!

All that particular tweet shows he said is that some people might not like Sterling due whatever shit he's posted on social media. Is there actually some nasty stuff that Kitson has said? The headline looks bad but the first bit of the article does not, basically it just says that some people may not like him for a reason other than the colour of his skin.

After a while his disguise was on a par with Clark Kent's specs.

It's a good interview. He's far more blunt and honest about times than most people are. Nice that half an hour of him talking about miserable times he had that when he gets to United he completely changes his tune.

Edit: Spoke too soon. He just went on a rant about how the Prince's takeover is a disgrace.
 



I liked Kitson and he was a good player at one time. We got him when he was on the downward slope though
 
Liked that, McCabe shopping for Centre Forwards in the swimmin baths, glad we've moved on from that

You can see why he has rubbed a lot up the wrong way, talks well tho'

That's just one example of the bloke being an utter tosser.
If you dig you can find many more, I personally can't be arsed to waste any time on the cunt
 
Childish I know but....someone was screaming GINGERRR at him while he was doing some punditry at the lane at ht last season. Walked past once the game restarted and gave him the rods.

Dave Kitson doing much a sales pitch for Sheffield United in that podcast. Fair play to him.
 
He sounds as honest as they come , but i would like to hear Pullis, Reid`s side etc , was very clever on the pitch for us , winning lots of free kicks which
he should never have had , Darius Henderson could have learnt how to win free kicks off him . Instead Darius found it easier to get booked or sent-off .

That was quite a highlight. Simon McCabe was essentially just knocking around the gym scouting former footballers.

When we take that situation in isolation then I can see why we found ourselves in League 1.
 



One of the most interesting hours I've spent on anything for a while.

Whether people think he's a dickhead or not, he had some interesting things to say that we don't hear enough about from ex footballers. As for Pulis, some of the football Middlesbrough played under him when we were in the Championship was absolutely woeful
