This is a instance where rants on social networks really doesn't help
I'll give you another six months on here to change your mind .This is a instance where rants on social networks really doesn't help
It's gone against me, keep my fb and twatter rants to a minimum nowIts helped me
Spot on, he even beat Foxy with the Goal Update for our first yesterday. It's like lee strappon on acid! What an idiot. Yes he may have put up the cash for players, he may also run the club. But he employs a manager, decent one at that to pick the team, buy the players and coach them.
Sometimes you come up against better sides. Posh have punched above their weight for years. But just because they now have expensive players doesn't guarantee success.
Personally I prefer chairmen to run the club rather than tweeting nonsense.
This rant of his doesn't add any value. If he wants to see how a senior person at a club should use social media, look at our Jim

Another thing. I've noticed a pattern over the past few games. All the clubs playing against us have complained of themselves playing poor. It has become a pattern. I just think we do a great job stopping them playing. I hope Charlton fans have similar complaints come 13.50 on Sunday.
They don't look like a club who will be in the top 6 at the end of the season...
Over a year later and the posh not having a great start to the season, he is already once again bickering with fans. Not quite in Lee Strap On mode again just yet.
Although he is happy it seems to offer refunds on season tickets.
I think letting on how much he has spent on some of his squad is never a smart thing to do as a owner. He was saying similar last year.
If you have time to waste there is more on his twitter profile: https://twitter.com/DMAC102
I am glad our Jim avoids most of these pointless online conversations with fans.

In another thread someone said he had been supporting Oyston for bringing stability.
Darragh MacAnthony is a top bloke . Says it how it is . His club , his money , his passion. Has a right to be fucked off , but in the modern game , it is not PC . However the lesson learnt -
Money does not buy automatic promotion.
Some will only realise how good McCabe has been for SUFC , when he has gone.
The board and manager are leading us (after decades of failure ) , in the right direction.
Find it quite amusing of other clubs issues , and not us for once. JP a good catylist .
UTB
I hope not, if he has the same mindset as them Boro could end up in L2.
I agree with some of that but he tends to bicker with the fans rather than keep it in the club and make his feelings known to the players. What good is going on about how much he has spent on the squad to fans on twitter of all places? Then publicly offering refunds to fans as well.
It's the players and management that are letting him down at the moment not the fans and if he thinks the Oystons are setting a good example of running a club then god help him.

We were heading into the abyss under sole ownership of McCabe before he stumbled across the prince in London before a Chelsea game.
Possibly McCabe's redemption because if that hadn't have happened we would have been in lg2 like Pompey (without the cup, premier league years and Europe)
We're further down the football pyramid than when he came in, if that was a manager you would say he had failed. Got out of jail if you ask me if this comes off.
Probably referring to the time and immense amount of money the McCabe family has invested in the club. We would have been in administration without this support. I have met KM on several occasions; he is a proper Blade and a nice bloke. Please flesh this one out for me because I'm really struggling here.
