Doubt he'll go, plus, I don't think Utd would even accept an offer for him. Not at this stage of the season.

Hopefully not.

Although if he can see Kabba starting in front of him more often than not, the lure of a Premiership club might be too strong.

if you listen to the weekends papers we won't have a team left to cobble together soon!, on the plus side we'll apparently have a £10mill budget :)

Hmmm...well I suppose it shows how good our players are performing.

We are forced to get clubs after our players whilst we are top of the league.

Just hope we don't let any go without already having better replacements.

Suprised to hear this! Altough i doubt he will go!

Letting webber go would be a bifg m,istake hes got alot of talent and could be a great at united

We can't let him go and i think NW knows that everybody says we buy every striker that gets transfer listed but we dont really have anybody to replace him for his pace and ability

and what's he going to do when he gets there? Andy Cole and Darius Vassel have re discovered their form so Webber would only sit on the bench and come on in the last few minutes or cover for injuries. I know that is what he is doing now but that was through an injury of his own, he would be first choice for me in the blades squad.

I wouldn't worry, this is most likely some old cobbled up crap a'la Solskjaer to sign for the Pigs. :)

i have heard that danny webber is to join Crystal Palace for 400k before the deadline

doubt this very much, as in NOTW webber was saying he has nothing to sort regarding his future until the summer when his contract runs out, and he wont be joining palace. Also blackwell seems to like playin webber in his 4 3 3 system..

I don’t know if we are signing Trond Olsen we don’t need him on the left and if we are going to bring in a few big wage players up front like Darius Vassell and Ched Evans we may need to trim the wedges a little, since he’s out of contract at end of season it could make sense.
There may be some truth in this.
Webber going can only be if others are coming in.

I like Webber I hope we hold onto him. I think he takes alot of stick but just lately we are seeing the old Danny Webber, what is it now 3 goals in 4 games?

I am the first to admit that he does waste a fair amount of chances, but I think that he makes a lot of these chances himself. Chances that our our strikers would not have to skill to create.

If we were getting rid of another striker he would be bottom of the list.

Yeah, he may miss some chance, but I think he offers way too much to the team to offload.

Even on a bad day, opposition teams double mark him.

Dont know if I was misunderstood but I meant that I would get rid of other strikers before Webber, jus to clarify. Sorry.

He's by far the most skillfullest player in the team, on form atm imo. Does miss a few chances. I still have nightmares of his miss against wigan :(

is it just me or am i the only one who thinks webber is rubbish???

Well he’s not a winger cant cross not very good at picking a pass hasn’t much vision ...he can dribble at speed but cant finish erm
He’s not the most skilful player amongst the reserves let alone the team.
He’s very very good back up striker and that’s all he is.

Do you like any United players?

i don’t like playing strikers as wingers. if he could find his goal scoring form again hes a good striker, but iv been saying that too long and to be honest started to loose faith i do wonder if its the players or the system there asked to play. I did say hes a very very good back up striker. the emphasis being VERY VERY GOOD .
I think its up to webber and his finishing if he stays a back up striker or becomes a prominent starting figure but like i say iv been saying that a few seasons now.

He's put in a few cracking crosses this season, problem is, we don't often get him in a position to be able to do it anyway.

against Doncaster he looked dangerous down the left but there was no finished article.
he cut in to edge of the box drew the keeper and two defenders sharp's unmarked more or less on the penalty spot what did he do he shot like his instinct told him because he’s a striker any midfielder would have put that square.

i just find with webber he is like a 7 year old in the playground. he shows promise but always lets himself down. he will beat a man then try to beat antoher when a cross or simple ball is needed. i cant believe that in all his years no1 has ever got hold of him and told him this. all he needs is a bit of 1 to 1 coaching and i think he could be a decent players. as it stands i think he is distanctly average whether he's on the wing or up front.
