Are we actually after any more permanent signings?

Would be a lovely addition if West Ham want to get part of his wage off thier books.

Feel like there are Prem Clubs that would take a punt on him though for a season. Depends if he wants to become 'the main man' once again though after 3 seasons as bit part player off the bench

These players have pretty much priced themselves out of the market.
Jebbo didn't play , osula didn't score and oli mc B was hardly prolific .
I think we're probably looking for a forward rather than a goal machine. Someone who can keep a defence occupied and chip in with a few but make chances for others .
Some one more like the kaba guy .
Goals will have to come from all over the team , I'd take 1-0 's all season long ..

They are looking to get rid of him so they can free up wages for Duran.

Quick correction from OP: it’s not a United bid apparently, but West Ham have offered him to Championship clubs.

Forest and Fulham both got promoted recently with a high number of loan signings and rebuilt for the PL.

Given our financial predicament I’m fine with us getting loans in to improve the team and then look to build if/when the financial outlook improves (promotion or takeover).

We’ve been stung in the past with players on long deals and this summer is the almost the final cull of these players (just Brewster to go). A few permanent and a few loans for a couple of seasons and we’ve soon got a decent squad assembled.

I’m sure if we win a game pigs will tell us it’s because we have ‘a team of loan signings’ but then those cunts have short memories so don’t worry.

Honestly couldn’t tell you. I’ll find out who their players are when we play against them, same for most clubs in honesty.

I’d love to have enough time or inclination to know what other teams were up to.

well im one of the posters on here who got criticised for peaking on porktalk now and again but i find it entertaining and amusing they really are a deluded lot they genuinly believe they will be top 6 this season but they havent a chance weve a far better quality squad than them even without the 3 or 4 players we still need we will finish comfortably above them this season

I really hope so, we shouldn’t even be playing in the same league as the scrubbers with the opportunities we’ve had to pull away the last few years.

Have Leicester got any money for this? Seems to have them written all over it.
Had 3 years at Southampton 2018-21 who lost JEC in the summer and not replaced - could cover his wages and he stays in prem

Wouldn’t be against him as he would score, but if he’s on £120k a week, we shouldn’t go to more than £30-40k and that just doesn’t add up for West Ham I reckon

they got lucky last season but they think rohl is the messiah lets see how they go on first 3 games pretty easy first game but matches with sunderland and leeds will find them out no way they will finish above us

Like 6 clubs will be able to afford a third of his wages but if they're expecting anyone to pay his full wages what are they smoking
