Can someone tell me what the fook this means exactly and why it is supposedly so critical and paramount to the way we play and the signings we make?

I think it's a load of fooking tosh designed by the Wilder cult brigade as justification for signing the slowest, most injury prone and least forward thinking players imaginable.

I'm of a certain age, I see this as Bassett, Warnock, Wilder V1.

We need to re-invent this culture, and I don't see who this is. At one point, I'd have had Gannon but he's been out of management for an age, and even then he dropped down to Hyde.

Right now I'd have Challinor, he's out of work and free.

Monty, Billy and Basham

3 joint managers

Revolutionary, in our backward sort of way

It was a phrase he used to set his narrative, back in the day, to create his 'type' and style. CW1

Then it became a deflection from his other weaknesses. CW2

Now, it's proven nonsense and just a cliché. CW3

He's sold it to Rosen, as shown in his interview on YouTube, but after that effort today, Chris need not ever mention it again. It's had it time now.

It's the waffle Wilder peddles to disguise the fact he might be wrong about something.

They just share a common manager though, I thought this was about a culture change?

I'd argue that Basham was actually more cultured, yeah sure Sharp too but what have either done to suggest they could lead a rudderless ship right now - even more Montgomery although he is coaching, albeit in China.

Donty > Any combo you want from our current roster of snails.

CW1 It was front foot football, and risk and reward football, typified by Bash, Duffy, Baldock, JOC, Billy, Didz etc. Out run. Out fight. Out play.

CW2 It was still aspects of this but mostly trying to respond to the abject performances of the previous relegation and revitalising the club again. Anel, Souttar, Campbell, O'Hare, Hamer, Burrows, Souza. And it nearly worked.

CW3, I have no idea.
