Said it before, Goodman has always had it in for us and it goes back years and years. I remember him being in a pre season forecast show on Sky the last season we were promoted. He basically said that we'd no chance of going up, our players were league one standard and we just played a hoof ball style which would be 'found out' in our second Championship season. Actually seeing him in the studio you could see the distain on his face as he spoke about us. He then went on to wax lyrically about likes of Leeds and other 'genuine contenders'.🤣

I did wonder why he'd always been anti Blades but it turns out he was born in Leeds so nuff said.

Born in Leeds. Synonymous with being a plonker.

Him hendrie and hinchcliffe never have a good word to say about us all 3 seem to really focus on any negatives and quite often see things that haven't happened

I always liked Keith Andrews and of course micheal brown jobs mcanuff seems fair and impartial as does sweetman kirk even with her blades connections
Not sure why the first three seem to sub consciously have it in for us but fuck em

Hecky spoke a lot earlier in the season of our players being too nice and I think he's taken the 'if you can't beat them, join them' approach now.

I often notice the opposition captain fastened to the ref in games that we play, Norwood doesn't do the same. Refs can be influenced so I'm now glad we're starting to be a bit more forceful with them. If that tackle was at Bramall Lane it would have been a red in my opinion.

I'm no fan of players constantly haranguing the ref but after that challenge on Jebbo in real time, you wouldn't find a game anywhere where players wouldn't react like that.

Happens on a Sunday morning with my lads under 17 league. What immediately looks like a nasty dangerous tackle will always get that reaction.

I would never forget Goodman (playing for WBA) headed a poor back pass over Tracey towards an empty net, the ball bounced about a yard away from the goal line but to everyone's surprise, the ball went over the bar! The bounce had defined science! See from 35 mins 30 seconds in below link

That is probably why Goodman hates us!

Don’t know about the ball defying science, but his hair definitely did.

I was at the match and it looked like a red all day long from were I was stood, having seen it again from different camera angles it's a fucking diabolical challenge. What do you expect from goodman he's a thick twat! And a biased thick twat at that!!

And was a fucking average twat as a player too. Wonder what led to the useless cunt hating United?

I watched it on Sky and thought their commentary team was fairly decent. There wasn't much that i disagreed with. Though they didn't really make too much about the tackle on Jebbison or the tackle later on by Norwood. Both of which could've been more severely punished.

What i did like was how positively they spoke about us controlling the game, the Doyle goal being controversial due to Berge being in an offside position and interfering with play, how the ref was right to add extra time on for time wasting in the second half. They also picked up on our players surrounding the referee and that it wasn't acceptable. Something which has crept in recently with ourside and its not nice to see.

Would've also been nice if they'd mentioned that Ndiaye never stays down when he gets fouled.

I thought they were probably more biased towards us for much of the game, they perhaps didn't give Sunderland enough credit for being a young side against a very experienced side, even though many of our players are still young.
That Luke O'Nien is a right dirty bastard isn't he?

I didn't feel the slightest bit sympathetic towards him when Norwood caught him with his studs.

Definitely had it coming.

Sort of player we're missing.

Made himself look a reyt twat
He does that particularly well. It’s about time they refreshed the Co-comms as they are all getting tedious. Goodman is in a league of his own, closely followed by the little cunt Lee ‘I put on a special voice for Co comm’ Hendrie.
