ok, we thought he would be a poor signing,

BUT

he seems to be finding the net, and that'll do for me!

Could he be our new Shipperley?

I never thought he was a poor signing. He has always been a good pro and has always known where the net is. The moron section of our support hurled abuse at him initially for being an ex-piggy/leeds player which is infantile to say the least.

He works his socks off and gets into good goal scoring positions. He also gives us a more mobile option in the target man role as an alternative to big Darius. I knew he would turn out to be a good acquisition because he has been a good servant to every club he's been at.

Keep up the good work Cressy!

No doubt about it, just about the only positive I took from the WBA game was Cresswell. He clearly has a football brain, he works hard, his first touch is not bad either. So there comes a question, why play Henderson? With Cresswell to lead the line and either Evans or Camara to play off him we will retain the ball better than we do when the lump the ball up to Henderson. I don't mean this to be an anti Henderson post it's just that whenever he plays we tend to be even more direct.
