Thought Wilder called it right. Regardless of the substitutions, the players changed the dynamic of the game. Stopped going forward with the same intent, dropped deeper.

Couldn't keep the ball against the mighty milwall. We couldn't keep the ball? That's the usual keep possession in the middle substitution from Wilder.
Doesn't work like but there you go.
Couldn't keep the ball against the mighty milwall.
???
Fleck, the most under performing player of the season has played almost every game, and Norwood just gets deeper and deeper.
Our middle has been crap for the last 5 games. Totally bypassed.
Why oh why has CW changed the ethos of the team??or are the players bottling it?
We can all see his thinking but that was the Coutts of a year and a half ago. Even then he could not defend.I could see his thinking, but I'd have gone Dowell.[/QUOTE
It was bizzare, despite all the reasons mentioned in this thread?Bringing Coutts on was absolutely bizarre. We basically went down to 9 men.
We needed LundstramCoutts does not tackle or close down, good on the ball but we needed someone to get close to them and put some tackles in
Got we deserved today, over run in midfield like the Bristol game
we didn’t go for it though that is the point .. we went for an away performance from the 65th minute and got punishedWrong. Bravery is required for the big prize, I would be unhappy but applaud the fact that we went for it.
amenWorst thing for me is Chris hasn’t shouldered any responsibility and instead put it all on the players toes.
HE was the one making 2 extremely negative subs, setting the tone for the players.
Can anyone please explain this?
