He's ridiculously calm, makes the right decision every time, total command of his area, holds onto crosses, distributes it accurately and ambitiously and his positioning makes him look untroubled even when stopping really well placed shots.

The adage is that the best goalkeepers are those who can be under occupied but still produce the saves. All the evidence points towards that being the case for Cooper.

Yep but they're not factoring in that they are comparing international players with a lad from league 1..

Each to thier own, but souttar has wobbled a bit last 2 games...maybe a break will do him the power of good..

He is fucking brilliant. Steal at whatever we paid for him, and may pay in future if he goes up. I was convinced his proud home record was going tonight when they got the pen, then he goes and saves it. Don't care if it was a poor pen, you've still got to go the right way and get the ball clear. The best since Alan Kelly, with the potential to go on and be even better.
