Nice solid time for Billy at Millhouses today. Looked comfortable for him. Still expect him to turn up at a leauge 2 club or National level.

Would expect him to be sub 20 when he stops football training.

I just lost to Stephen Quinn at Hillsborough last week, he ran 18:30ish. Need Billy to up his game and then arrange a nice little ex blades parkrun face off

Yep, football training is not ideal for 5k. Im sure if puts his mind to it he will be super speedy. Sub 18. Im saying that as someone with no talent but went sub 19 when 46.

I would guess Monty would be hard to beat in a ex blades PR.

Park runs can bugger off, had to stop going to millhoses cafe for mi brekkie, cause of all them stinking smelly fit artists.
Barging nto you when you are sat a table trying to cut some smoked pig slices, not apologising either.
