I was disappointed when Wilder was appointed.

I was delightfully wrong and I love him now. I'm sorry for doubting him.

I thought Coutts was shite.

I thought Hammond was going to be a good signing.

I thought Michael Higdon was going to be prolific.

I thought Weir was a good appointment.

I thought Adkins should have been given more time.

That last one if a fucking winner!

After enduring the loooong wilderness years in the first division, and after a great first half to last season, I can’t help feeling hugely deflated right now.

The club shows a real lack of ambition to get up to the premier league. We could have pushed on with some investment in the JTW, but didn’t. We then sold Brooks like we do all our young talent and are currently replacing him with championship standard journeymen. Our owners are a pair of squabbling tossers.
I feel a lot worse about things than when we were battling to get out of the first.

Against the grain because there seems to be quite an upbeat mood at the moment.

Sorry but I am now utterly sick of it.

That we'll never win promotion or a cup with Wilder as managers who were defenders have a defensive bias. Just look at the players we spunk real money on, mostly defensive, and how we set up for games. Only truly offensive managers win stuff.

We've had our centre-halves overlapping our wing-backs for almost two seasons. What more do you want?!

Goalie up for every corner? 2-3-5 formation?

5.30 kickoffs are better than 3pm.

Magnet is/was rubbish.

I quite like Gary Sinclair and there are much more annoying people doing his job around the league.

After sitting on the South Stand last night for the first time in 12 years, the Kop has better facilities ie going to the bog at half-time is actually a genuine possibility.

I don't really care what Wednesday do unless its in games that directly affect us, and wish United fans would keep out of the who-can-seem-most-obsessed social media contest.

A lot, (too many but I grew up on that side of the city), of my friends are Pig fans & some of them talk a lot of sense. I don't get this hate thing, they are just people who have made the wrong choice but being a Pig doesn't mean shit in life away from football. ;)

I really liked Chris Guthrie.

Completely agree.

I thought John Burridge was a decent keeper.

The club will never play in the PL again with either of the current owners running the show.

Enda Stevens isn't very good.

I quite like captain Blade.

Derek Dooley was a lifelong Wednesdayite, there is no proof he was any good at his job, and his statue should be removed and sent to the Sty.

Luke Beckett would have scored goals for us given a proper chance.

Leon Britton is the most overrated Blades player this century.
