Why are we not capable of doing this at all? We have not come from behind in a match and gone on to win it. Yesterday Rochdale really was there for the taking and showed they was a poor time for the whole of the first half we was miles better than them but just couldn't make it count. After half time we dropped off boil for a bit and it was looking more 50/50 but still thought we could go on and win the match. As soon as the first goal went in yesterday the heads seemed to drop yes we still had a couple of chances after this that we didn't take but why can't we come from behind. All we had to do was run at there defence and they seemed lost and didn't know what to do. But we couldn't capitalise we need to keep our heads up and keep going when we go behind.

I come behind from far too often according to our lass...................................

I'm going to write a very stiff letter to Adkins on this very subject...if he's needs some inspiration I can provide the squad with an extensive betamax collection on the very subject...that'll open a few eyes I can tell you!

A stiff letter you say ....

Lack of fitness, character, quality options of the bench. The general attitude of players. We also don't have the tactical flexibility within the squad to adopt different formations.

I really think our main problem relates to mentality and the lack of leaders on the pitch.

When ever we go in the lead we tend to gradually defend deep and always look nervous in the final stages holding on to a lead.

I think the manager has to shoulder the responsibility when it comes to mental toughness.

There is nothing wrong with coming from behind. It can give you immense satisfaction. Having said that I'm more than happy shooting from the front as long as the end result is the same. Anything in or around the box where there is a chance of scoring should attempted. As Nigel says, it's all about sticking it in one end and keeping it out of the other
