Rambo

Baldock
Bash
Egan
Amps
Enda

Berge
Norwood

McG / Fleck

McB
Burke

Twist on what we have now, sure up the middle by having a double pivot of Berge and Norwood. With Norwood being the quarterback type role and Berge driving from deep. Or Ampadu instead of Norwood more as a midfielder enforcer allowing Berge free reign

McG or Fleck as a no 10 / creator, playing a much for defined & attacking role supporting the forwards with ball and dropping back when off the ball.

McB as target man, with flick ons being picked up by McG or Burke

Easy on paper this management lark...

Edit... Basically the first image on prior post!

This would make an absolutely amazing 3-4-2-3 starting line-up which would surely stun all the so-called ”big-teams” we’re about to face. New formation and all.

Baldock--------------Basham--------------Ampadu-----------Bogle

I think a change of formation is needed. Might seem a bit daft, but having Fleck at one point of the diamond in a No10 role and Berge as the pivot/playmaker gives a dynamism to the midfield and more attacking options. Berge also has the ability to drop in between Bash and Amps to reinforce the central back pairing (he has the height, if not the apparent jumping ability) with this, it isn't too far from hat we have at the moment in defence but in attack, I think we need to repurpose Fleck into the supplier of the ball into the two strikers. Baldock and Bogle can advance as long as Berge stays rearward and create play down the flanks without pulling Burke or Brewster out of the box.

All we need now is a deck of cards.

Is this a typo or are you really wanting Bogle (RB) at LB and Lowe (LB) at RCM?

Drops the player of the season.

Yeah OK, sure.

Stevens at LCB offers us the attacking outlet we need and Lowe is more than adequate at LWB

Berge is starting to come into his own I think he would do a fine job as an adanvced Midfielder/No10

Ampadu in DM provides cover and also even more freedom to drive out from deep.

We miss Norwood's passing/set plays but maybe he lacks a little in the drive that Lundstrum offers.

Brewster is in there solely because if he signs he plays

The rest is the old guard

Really do think we need that cover in DM but also we miss the No10 role that Duffy played, Id like to see us sacrifice a forward, I appreciate McGoldrick provides that link play but feel its time to switch it up

Wrong section, and no I wouldn't like this for next season's kit

Might be. Got any better ideas?

Was a genuine question. Thought you'd got Lowe and Bogle mixed up.

I've suggested in a different thread about playing Burke upfront alone. Pack the midfield out and have Midfielders joining the attack late for crosses
