I hope next Tuesday morning I don't have to listen to a similar press comment as has been given by Chris Hughton this morning.

"We've had to change things around the last few weeks for various reasons. But I can't fault the lads over the season they have been terrific".

I want United to frigging go at Stevenage tomorrow night, not sit back soaking up the pressure etc. Bloody well at them from the off! It's the only way to beat them. Rattle them, get at them. They clearly struggled in the second half at Bramall Lane the other week and we've got to be incisive. Indeed we need to do a West Ham imo, get a result there, which will help the away/neutral modern day play off hoodoo and set us up for the final.

I like it , I like the cunning craftily worded thread title that even though you see the poster is blade fisher And therefore are 99 % certain the thread is going to be critical of a performance that hasn't even happened yet , you still feel the need to open it up and see exactly where it's going

Upon entering you feel the sudden anti climax akin only to the end of a Sheffield united season as yet more preaching to the converted is thrust upon the already dejected masses who linger around on this forum more in hope than expectation that someone will come along and brighten up our Hun drum existence

Are you complaining that I want us to win? Bloody hell Judge make your mind up!

For what it's worth I get frustrated out our continual failure to achieve at least some parity with clubs of a similar ilk say Norwich, Southampton, Birmingham over the life time I have supported them which is about 45 years now. I am as passionate about the Blades now as ever, perhaps part of the problem is that when you don't see them play one doesn't see it as if you do. Indeed to stand at BDTBL and see them cock it up believe me it is a lot easier to take than when you don't. So I apologise for that. But as posted in other posts I loathe Wednesday that much I won't wear blue on match days or buy a blue car, have walls painted blue etc So no I don't want them to lose but that is different from thinking/forecasting that they will fail.

I do understand, though don't find it easy to accept that one could take negativity off here and take it to the match. No that is not my demeanour. I would aleways go to the game full of hope and that is how I am feeling about tomorrow.

Also I don't go fishing!
