Whilst I am as frustrated as the next fan about the lack of movement in the assumed takeover, there is a degree of comfort in that as we seemingly ‘cant’ buy anyone at the moment, it saves the armchair scouts becoming incredulous with rage that we haven’t put a bid on for some Guatemalan 21 year old that has been banging them in for his local village team.
It’s one of the things which irk me the most about the transfer windows.

It’s as if they expect people at the club with responsibility for transfers, read through the rumour mill pages to see if it’s ‘worth a punt’ on some fucking randomer.

Never lost a league 1 game with him in defence either, think it was something like 30 games.

I can’t say I saw much of him, but he only played 16 games for them. He was pretty poor in an, admittedly terrible, Birmingham side last season.

He joined Luton on loan in January.

Yeah I didn't see him at Birmingham. Who were obviously poor after manager change.
