He was massively unlucky last season, close until the very end……

But if he achieved so many clean sheets last season with some pretty shambolic, error prone defending at times. So you would hope that having these lads in front of him now can aid him in grabbing the golden glove this year.

I know that one game doesn’t make a season and all that, but keeping Clark and Anel fit will take us a long way towards where we all hope to be this year. It wouldn’t surprise me if we had the best defensive record in the league with the assets we now have.

It will hopefully make the keepers season a lot easier.

To be fair I was saying the same. Wes was rubbish his first few games and I wrote him off as not good enough.

Have eaten suitable amounts of humble pie in the summer and come back in with a fresh outlook! I’d still like us to sign someone for competition though.
