Well if you listen to Brian the tool he isn’tIf Billy is so bad why does Wilder keep picking him?
Perhaps we need to sack Wilder as he's clearly not as good as the keyboard warriors on this forum

Ooh you clever boy.
What are gonna do next? Eat some crayons?
I was slightly surprised he started yesterday, simply on the basis that he played the full game Tuesday – part of him being regularly subbed in my opinion is Wilder keeping him fresh enough to start the next game each time, and circumstances Tuesday meant that plan was abandoned. I can see the logic in starting Brooks in his place at Millwall, but it would be just like Sharp to head there and grab 2.
Agreed, Bert also thinks he will start the next game instead of Billy.I thought Wilder hinted (in his post-match RS interview) that he was very close to playing Brooks ahead of Sharp but felt Billy deserved another opportunity given what he's done so far this season.
I think Brooks may start at Millwall.
Kyle Walker and dozens more.Players from Sheffield I can think of
Dane Whitehouse
Mitch Ward
Jamie Hoyland
Ben Doane
Steve Thompson
Chris Wilder
Billy Sharp
You're either just a liar or a fantasist?
Anyone who truly believes Billy has more respect amongst Leeds fans is paranoid delusional at best.
Someone with a chip on both shoulders and such bitterness at the world really should be from Barnsley not Sheff.
1) That the fact that Billy Sharp is more appreciated by Leeds fans for his 6 goals than by us for his 59 (in this spell alone) probably makes them better supporters than us in the true definition of the word.
Very small sample but the Leeds fans I know liked Sharp but didn't rate him. They thought he was hard-working and honest but not quick enough for Championship football. I think Sharp can be excellent in set ups that really suit him (Donny under O'Driscoll, us under Wilder etc) but in a team that plays a straight-forward, old fashioned 4-4-2, he doesn't have the physical attributes or outstanding skill to hit the same heights
I'm old enough to remember all the stick that lazy fucker kieth Edwards used to get, quite funny looking back.
Same knives out for sharp now as were having a go at Leon not so long ago.Fickle.
I'm old enough to remember Keith Edwards in both spells at the Lane, and I can't remember him getting that much stick from supporters, he seemed to be idolised by most. In fact I recall a supporter revolt when Porterfield dropped Edwards for Peter Withe at the start of one season.
The big difference between Edwards and Sharp is that the former had a turn of pace that could stretch a defence, other than a knack to score goals (and as the smaller striker I'd take that as a given) for me Billy doesn't bring that much more to the table, leadership possibly. Whether he starts or comes off the bench he's still a handy striker to have around.

10 stone wet thru, yep he's lightweight. But to be honest thats all he did do! The lad has great potential but he looked lightweight yesterday. UTB!

In the last week, Clarke and shape have a combined 8 goals between them. The partnership is the best in the championship comfortably.[/
PEDANT ALERT
by my reckoning they've 'only' get 7 ?
Neil Warnock (despite my personal dislike of the man) was absolutely right when he said he would never be fully accepted here because he has from Sheffield. And he never really was. Up until 2005 I was defending him to the hilt against those slagging him off, and they would never be able to properly explain why they were doing so.
