CKR on the move

For me, he's got a lot of potential, but if it isn't harnessed, he'll find himself an outsider wherever he goes.

He is astonishingly arrogant, but to be honest, if controlled a bit, I like that in attacking players. He thinks of himself, and we've played him as a striker, but really, he's been best on the right.

I think that at Fenerbahce, it will be the first time that he isn't thought of as being 'top of the tree', and it might just make him work harder. I hope for him it works out well.

The fact that he is only 20 years old makes me very happy. He has many years ahead of him, and still can improve. I hope it works out well for us as well. :)

Brighton are set to boost their coffers following Sheffield United's sale of Colin Kazim-Richards to Fenerbahce.

The Seagulls sold the striker, 20, 12 months ago for £150,000 and could earn up to £280,000 from a sell-on clause.

"Taking everything into account I feel we have had a good return on our initial investment," Albion chairman Dick Knight told his club's website.

"We knew what Colin was capable of when we signed him, but things didn't quite work out as we would have liked."

Brighton bought Kazim-Richards in June 2005 in a £250,000 deal from Bury.

25% give or take a bit of shrapnel. Seeing as we only paid £150,000, that sounds about right.

Roberto Carlos has been attracted by the signing on CKR and has gone to Turkey as well.

he mentioned ronaldo too on talk sport this afternoon, said that they were close to sealing the deal... lucky lad, good luck to him :)

Carlos decided to come to Fenerbahce months before we signed with CKR.

There are rumors that we might either buy Ronaldo, or loan Adriano from Inter. However foreign player limit in Turkey(which is 6), has to be lifted first(which is very probable).

Our president said that we will probably sign two more world class players. We are really aiming for Europe next year. We have a huge budget to spend. :)

What does this have to do with CKR? Well, he will probably be a sub most of the time. If does very well when he gets his chance, he will probably start at the right wing. We already have Kezman, and if we either sign Ronaldo or Adriano, he has no chances starting at the forward.

I must say this, though. I really started liking him. We'll see how it turns out in his first year. Hopefully, he'll do his best for us. :)
