Time for you to go.... But wIth your head held high.

You've done your best & achieved unbelieveable things with us. But these last few months have been a awful & you should shoulder some of the blame for this.

You've completely changed from the first game in the EPL when every game was a chance for us to take the game to the opposition. And we can see how much your hurting.

Unfortunately I've reluctantly now come to the same conclusion. Playing the same system over and over again, and gettting 2 points with it. Bogle not featuring in 2 games after looking our best player and actually scoring. I've lost it with him

I’ve gradually been coming to the same conclusion over the past few games. Playing the same system and players and expecting different results is just plane madness.

Compounded by the fact that so many (read all) of his big money signings have failed to improve the squad and his reluctance to try different options in the positions that are struggling week in week out.

Chris and Alan have blatantly put all of their eggs in one basket when it comes to formation and tactics and that is just far too dangerous as we are finding out now.

I will be eternity grateful for what he has given us but no manager can survive this in the modern game.

Get ready

Not interested.

Im a Sheffield United Fan. NOT a Chris Wilder fan.

These mongs would still refuse to see sense even if we went a whole season without a win & then expect us to mount a complete 180 and then somehow win promotion the next.

I want whats best for Sheffield United. Not Chris Wilder.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work out like that he would be remembered for what’s happening now.
The battle goes on Palace next

Agree, wilder has worked wonders. He over achieved last season and has given us a platform to become a prem team. Unfortunately i dont think hes the man to keep us at this level. a legend, leaving a legacy but the prem i think is too much for him.

I think the Prince has made a gaff in saying he will stay no matter what happens this season. Ok we’re not at any games at present but we’re still watching the inept displays week after week, we have to endure the piss taking, watching the worst season in history. We have our pride too as well as the Manager. It pains me to see Chris Wilder hurting, he’s a Blade and pulled us out of the wilderness. I don’t want him sacked but saying you can stay no matter what sends out the wrong message. Something is obviously bad behind the scenes. Player favourites, clash of personalities, too much player power, cliques, fuck knows but somethings not right. I would get all the management, players, directors in one big room. Air their grievances and get everything out in the open with no repercussions. Get everyone moving in the same fucking direction. We’re going down but go down with a fucking fight, that’s the proper Blades way.

Wilder won’t keep us up. No other manager would either. So in that case, what’s the point sacking him?

Its not just about keeping us up now.

Its about planning for next season. & trying to not do a Derby.

Imagine what a teams confidence would be like having finished with the lowest points ever in a season or heaven forbid without a W all season.

You dont suddenly bounce back from that.

This, exactly. This season is fucked, but it doesn’t mean that next season has to be. Go down fighting and make a decent fist of coming straight back up.

Same here that's why I'm 100% behind Chris Wilder.

So the transfer window opens in a few days and you lot want us without a manager? I really don't get it let us get a couple of loans in and maybe a permanent signing if possible just to freshen the squad up and give us option to change the system. This season is gone anyway see if we can get some results in the meantime if not re-evaluate before the end of the season and change then if we must. You have to give a new manager time to see what he has to work with and time to get in players he wants a change now going into the JTW would be utter madness, let's not be like the S6 shower look where Xmas sackings have got them.

It's time for quislings and weak minded so called fans to foxtrot oscar and go and support that other bunch of losers across the city. You are made for each other.
Wilder is for me deserving of another shot at bri ging the club back if we go down. Look at championship, the teams like Norwich are likely to bounce back. The clubs like Watford lose the players and achieve nothing after sacking their manager,
.
Those calling for the dinosaurs like big Sam just need to see how they performed against Leeds. The weeds are playing like blades did last season.
Difference now is several players have lost their edge and there is not enough strength in depth. If a blades player can turn back from a shooting or crossing position he does, back sideways dinky touches to no where. No co fidense and low skill.

For me January signings will need to be miraculous and too late. But wilder and team, board and the core of a thin squad should be given chance to regroup and build for next season. But the prince needs to come up with more investment to give wilder or whoever replaces him the chance to compete.

Meanwhile the yellow bellied amoeba s on this site should exercise a second brain cell and bugger off so the believers can support the team without a meltdown every game.

PIG!! You're definitely a Wednesday fan. Fuck off back to pork talk......
Only joking, that would be a ridiculous response, just because I don't agree with you.

Things are bad, so I fully understand why people want change. For me I stand by Wilder, simply because I think we've seen enough positives over the last few years to know what we're capable of with him at the helm. Relegation is inevitable now, I think Wilder is better qualified than anyone to bring us back.
Confidence needs to change though, and going forwards we need to really move on off the field. Scouting, facilties, negotiating, strategy, commercial income etc etc is absolutely miles off the pace. This all needs to change before we can think about becoming an established Premier league club.

im as frustrated with this season as anybody on here and i am annoyed at chris's stubborness to change a system that clearly isnt working but nobodys gonna keep us up now we might as well stick with him see how the first 3 months go then if were no better he has to go norwich stuck with farke and there coming straight back up no reason we cant do the same weve got the players

Fucking hell guys, this seasons gone already, do you really want the managerial roundabout that dem pigs are on???

How about sticking with the guy you've sung songs about for 4 years, when he's having a bad time of things.

Want to argue the point fine I'll give you an hour to vent on me if you like, but start your argument with this, name the manager out there who is better than him?

And follow that with how Norwich fans (remember them plastic southerners) stuck with the manager, and now are running the show, coming back stonger..

As, a present to me, please keep posting if you get your hearts desire and force wilder out, dont just vanish under a rock, stick about to witness the fruit of your labours..

Agree The man who built us & got us here deserves a chance to rebuild, yes it's crap but stop the constant bleating

So weird when people say ‘pigs’ for someone having an opinion I’d persist with Wilder but losing patience every game totally get why people would say it at the minute though

Sounds exactly like the sort of thing a Wednesday fan would say.
I've outed you.............PIG!

😜

I can’t even get angry anymore when we lose because what we’re seeing isn’t anything remotely like the game that we grew up with. There should be a big fuck off asterix from every single fixture played from project restart till we get back to normality.

I really feel for CW. He doesn't deserve this and we'll never forget the journey he brought us on. I don't know whether it's the end for CW or not. I'm in two minds. The question is can he take us forward after this? If we were having a hard season, where we were battling relegation I would be full square behind him, we all would. The kind of season many thought we might have had last year. But we're not fighting or battling relegation here. We are being totally humiliated. We are abject, there is no fight or battling. It's surrender. Maybe he can begin again next year. The jury's out. Let the Prince decide.
