I think this is one of the attributes that excites me the most about Hammond. Him and Sharp go way back, they have played together in successful teams and I don't think Adkins will change either of them from how they used to play as he knows it already works.
I think with Hammond's composure behind him, Billy won't have to track back as much and can place a bit more emphasis towards making those trademark runs off the shoulder of CB's. If you do a bit of a read up on google, you will see that Hammond has claimed a good few assists from Sharp goals.
I know a few people have knocked Billy for the sitters that he has missed and in all fairness he deserved it for that however his overall game play has been fantastic and I see real quality in him leading the line. I think we just need that bit more understanding from the players behind Billy and we will see a good few more goals in him.
