Or how good Dean became with our defence in front of him?Helped get us promoted, then helped us remain a Prem club.
Superb 'keeper and we'll do well to get anyone comparable. Great personality and never gave less then 100%. The occasional gaff but they were rare. The single most important memory was just how good our defence became with Dean in goal.
Two seasons?Heβs an absolute all time blades hero! luv the guy

ThisI hope he goes aboad.
For his career, and because like a jealous ex I'm not ready to see him in another kit just yet (although the bigger waste would be to see him sat on someone's bench all season in that new kit).
I cant remember such a young man with so much passion and enthusiasm for the game, especially when we weren't even his parent club.
His character alone is probably going to take him to the top let alone all his physical attributes.
Reading some of the posts and messages on social media he has always seemed a lovely lad too that whilst seemingly having the world heat his feet - still kept his head on his shoulders.
Its a huge thanks from me.
I known some fans felt a bit let down, some blaming greed, agents, money etc that we aren't able to keep him but he isn't just a fan of the biggest team in the world but he's already their player.
Amazing cameo with us and I wish him nothing but luck with his career going forward domestically and internationally.
Just hope he doesnβt end up like Jamal Blackman & being perennially loaned out. Canβt believe heβs still on Chelseaβs books & I know heβs had injuries but at 26 years old he should have moved on before now for the sake of his career. The thing is, like Henderson, I think Chelsea gave him a ridiculous contract for a reserve keeper which then has an impact putting off potential suitors. Donβt get me wrong Iβm not making a direct comparison between Blackman & Hendo but I think Dean needs to be careful that his dream doesnβt peter out. Heβs too good to end up treading water.Wow, that's epic.
I love how their stand is sponsored by Astonish, renowned for making stains and other things vanish, just like their form and title challenge that season.
Looking back we did amazing that season, to hit such form and consistency. That said, they were massively over-hyped by the media and their squad wasn't actually that good.
They aren't, IMO, stronger than say Villa this season.
Money isn't everything. I wonder whether Henderson will be of the opinion that the opportunity he thought he was after for all those years, wasn't all it was cracked up to be. At the club's he's been loaned to during his career so far, he's known affection and adulation, patience and regular football. The fans appreciate how lucky they are to have him, and value his excellence.
Compare that with Old Trafford: excellence is seen as a minimum, and is less acknowledged and instead, fan attention is reserved for being critical when players are below par. Affection for the squad is replaced by a sense of entitlement (I've loved seeing them below par for years now, they needed that). I wonder if it won't be all it's cracked up to be.

Agreed, it would be the best decision financially to sign a new contract with Man U, but for his career heβd probably be better off sticking with his current deal until itβs clear whether heβll have a chance at being number 1.
I think he did to be fairWell he can piss off. Should have let every shot on target in if he was a real Blade.
