After the moneys paid, Mr Scudamore should be taking the further Premier League action they promised or resigning. No doubt he'll just keep quiet on the matter though.

Of course they'll be docked points; they're relatively safe.

Either way, it appears we are a football debtor, so our claim **should** be relatively safe, unless there's some sort of Ken Bates style get-around.

Said it before, United need to secure their debt as a legal charge (mortgage) against WH's property to ensure they fall at the top of the insolvency ladder. Without that they risk non-payment. They have a judgement from a tribunal and tribunals are a part of the court service so I don't see why they couldn't apply to register it as a debt secured against WH's physical assets.
