We love to see United win away.

They were different times.........

US Army March

“Over hill over dale ( we will wreck the British Rail as the Shoreham goes marching along)

Bravado on the old football specials.
From the green, green grass of Bramall lane
To the Isles of Sicilly.

U.S. Marines tune.

I really do think good songs are wasted on players, and as it’s turns out...managers. We only need half a dozen departures and most of our repertoire turns to dust. I much prefer songs about the club or the city. Like it or loathe it, the GCB song has lasted the test of time.

"Singing The Blues" has been a hit several times, originally by Guy Mitchell in the 1950s. Blades fans enhanced it by changing the lyrics to "Swinging A Pig".

The pre-fame Beatles had a No 5 hit in West Germany with a version of the traditional song "My Bonnie". SUFC fans use the tune for "If I had the wings of a sparrow..", most notably sung by a 'tired and emotional' Chris Wilder from the town hall balcony in 2017.

I can vaguely recall No Limits by 2 Unlimited (one of their many hits) being sung, with the complicated lyrics of Flo,Flo…Flo, Flo, Flo, Flo…..
🎶Flo, Flo, Jostein Flo, Flo, Jostein Flo, Flo...who needs Deano? 🎶 🤣

Probably the most ubiquitous football chant and not unique to SUFC.

Cozy Powell - Na na na ("We are the SU, SUFC...")

Sham69 - Hersham Boys ("Shoreham Boys, laced up boots....." - a real lyrical twist that one)

Bad Manners - Can can ("Na na na na, he's a Blade and he's a Blade..." proper Blade classic)
