RIP Paul Johnson, whose 1999 hit 'Get Get Down had the ultimate honour of becoming a United chant for Kieran Dowell.
Other chart songs I can think of that became a United chant are:
John Denver, Annie's Song (obviously)
Boney M, Mary's Boy Child
Elvis Presley, Can't Help Falling In Love
Rod Stewart, Sailing
Beautiful South, Rotterdam
George Ezra, Shotgun
Ramblers, I'm Only A Poor Little Sparrow

Chicory Tip - Son of my Father.

Adam and the Ants - Prince Charming
I've had a mental block on who the Prince Charming chant was about?
Also
David Bowie , Starman
Beatles, All You Need Is Love

He’s a Blade, he’s a Blade. Sheffield Wednesday are nothing to be scared of.
Don’t you ever, don’t you ever, lower yourself supporting Sheffield Wednesday.

Remember the no pig's in town song but can't remember the original tune

Home on the range

Billy Ray Cyrus - Achey Breaky Heart (We've got Madine)
Tag Team - Whoomp! (There it is) (Coutts there is is)
September - Earth Wind & Fire (Never gives the ball away)
Sloop John B - Beach Boys (He's one of our own)
Yankee Doodle (Johnny Fleck drinks Irn Bru)

Not really a chart hit, but Scott Joplin- The Entertainer from 1902.

My favourite ever terrace chant purely down to the fact that 'Diego De Girolamo' was the final line and fit perfectly

one for silent bert and one or two other oldies on here death of a clown dave davies they will all remember our interpretation of the song 😉

I can vaguely recall No Limits by 2 Unlimited (one of their many hits) being sung, with the complicated lyrics of Flo,Flo…Flo, Flo, Flo, Flo…..
I can only remember that being sung at Anfield on that famous day in 1994. The last line went "Who needs Deano?"

Brian and Deane and Tony Agana bippity boppidy doo,.put em together what av you got, top of division two

Not sure if it's from a speed metal hit or something ;)
