I think starting on negative points is inflating our price.

Once we're in the positive and off the foot of the table should see shortening pretty quickly.

In fact win against Preston and our price could shorten before another game is even played.

I've backed us to finish top 2. First few games are vital as they are very winnable. If we can get a good start the momentum will build quickly and we could run up a sequence

We could be top of the league by Friday night (only on GD if other game is a draw) and if we smash Preston 4-0 we'll come into 7/8 bucks easily.

I've got a lot of money on us at 14 as I think we'll smash it this season but that's just me being the overly confident.

I’d disagree we need to consolidate. However, if we have new owners and the £€$¥ to fund a PL campaign then I’d agree. I couldn’t stomach another season like 23/24.

I’m starting to feel a tad optimistic (be better when we are out of negative points) that if we can stay injury free until JTW, new owners come in with £€$¥ and we strengthen with perminants we can make a much better fist of 23/24 season

No we 100% don't want another season like that the quicker we forget about it the better. But championship football just doesn't draw the revenue for a club to keep its better players rich owners or not that's why we need to be in the prem and the sooner we get there the better. If we wollow in the championship then say goodbye to the like of Hamer Arblaster Ohare Burrows long contacts or not then were back to square one.

I share your optimism I can't wait for tomorrow and I believe we can make a real go of it this season, just a keeper and a couple more attackers for me and we have the tools to really be up there.
