Interesting that all three teams relegated from the PL (Hull, Middlesborough & Sunderland) lost last night. Think how even the Championship would be if they scrapped the corrupt 'parachute' system.

Yeah but they got relegated for a reason - they weren't good enough for the premiership. This makes them a, err, championship team, the same as the rest of us. Forget the money, the pigs have shown us that's irrelevant if the fabric of the club has gone to shit.

Villa are my new favourites for promotion. Their midfield is excellent .

Villa and Middlesbrough were my original prediction for top 2 before the season started.

Neither Sunderland nor Hull have been able to address the reasons why they're shit. Poor leadership from the owners down. They'll be very lucky to see the PL again any time soon.
