Cardiff two up against Leeds, we could be above them by tomorrow :)
Villa's improved form continues, three up at Burton.

Nothing to fear in this division. We're a solid unit that can beat anyone at home. I love that even games where we're likely to lose, you always feel we're 'having a go', which means we're good contributors to the notion that 'anyone can beat anyone' in this league. Tomorrow could be 3-0 either way and no one would be amazed by the result. I love it!

Ps Cardiff remind me so much of our side that went up. I must admit I love and respect warnock, what a manager. Hugely under appreciated as a manager because he is a bit of a nob.

Villa are my new favourites for promotion. Their midfield is excellent .

We have dropped to 6th, pigs 13th behind Millwall !

Who will be the next Championship manager to be sacked? Phil Parkinson or Carlos must be the two favourites. Not sure how long Sunderland will keep patience with Simon Grayson.

Cardiff looked very, very good tonight. Brushed the scum off with total ease.

See Norwich squeezed another 1-0 away win out too, at Boro of all places. Must be the division's form team right now.

No doubt Angus Gunn will have been up to his time wasting antics again.

Thought Millwall would struggle this season along with Bolton.....seemingly not.

You'd think Parkinson won't be able to hang on much longer, Bolton really are shit so far and unless things change for them soon, they'll be certs for relegation by Xmas.

Cardiff smashed us all over they've got to go up

Yeah, I reckon so too.

Heard Neil was moaning a day or two back that their squad's not that big. But, going by tonight as well as against us, I'd say they look strong & powerful, lots of energy as you'd expect, good target man, wingers on fire, & solid defensively. And with a very decent bench too.

Neil will deflect, but they're probably favourites now. Pressure's all on him!

Can Bolton afford to sack Parky?

Carlos is going nowhere yet :)

"I will be here at the end of the season and we will be promoted" he promised

Couldn’t happen to a nicer team...well, prahps one.. :)

When they came forward against us, they looked unstoppable. We weren't by any means at our best but to do that to us when we've dominated so many other games bodes well for them, Warnock is Warnock and he has his old rhetoric but I think he will get his last promotion.

I bet you Carlos' crumpled £20 note that they won't :)

But for our first 2 away games we were set up to defend and so we lost all our fluidity and ability to play from back to front,
Now we're back to 'normal' I think we'd give both 'Boro and Cardiff much more of a game :)

Long way to go yet but Cardiff are by far the most effective team I've seen. Fast and direct and Morrison is very good at both ends of the pitch.
Despite this the (now) none bouncers almost won there. Win tomorrow and were in the automatic places.
Loving life as a Blade again. Let's go for it and see what happens.

I agree about Boro but honestly I think Cardiff were just at the top of their game and would have done us no matter what, 2 nil flattered us and you can never say we wouldn't have won on another day but I think they'd have probs beat us if they played like that no matter what.

Cardiff is the one game where we were well beaten - we would give them a better game now we have settled but they beat us fair and square. But that's the only one! Even if we are beaten tomorrow we will be top 6 after 10 games. Great start.

According to BBC Norwich had only 39% possession, 5 shots (Boro 21), 2 shots on target (Boro 5) and 1 corner (Boro 13) so sounds like they did the same job on Boro as they did to us. Classic away performance. With those sort of stats you also need to rely on some good fortune too. But they do look as though they may be going places.

I have backed Villa to win the league and Millwall to be relegated.

Early days yet.

According to my Norwich mates they are crap, and watching them is boring. Can't see them making it to the top six.

Going nowhere, nothing but a pub team and they'll be worked out soon even though they are on the crest of a wave, which gets you a long way. I wouldn't swap any of our players for theirs and theitr manager is a jumped up gobshite...hang on...wrong forum

I can give a report on the Dull v Preston game......

Preston started quite well, were full of energy and tried to pass the ball. Didn’t create many clear chances but had some good openings to get shots off and looked to make another pass. They appeared to tire second half, and lost control of the game midway through the second half around the time Hull scored. But then capitalised on a shocking bit of Hull defending to get a winner.

Hull are poor. Struggle to keep the ball, sloppy in possession, have little threat and are poorly organised at the back. They might be surprise contenders for the drop.

Now I’ve heard rumours of us being keen on Hugill. Well from tonight’s showing I would say no. He’s a unit, he works hard and puts himself about. But he wasn’t a goal threat tonight.
Others wanted us to bring in Irvine too....again, he was very average. Looked ponderous and made some silly passing errors to lose the ball. Wouldn’t get in our side.

On my viewing tonight, I fancy us to beat both of them home and away.

Cardiff look very good and they are the one team that deserved to beat us so far.
