I bumped into Dave McCarthy (Managing Director) pre-match who was walking through the John Street observing the service and queues on his way to do the same on the Kop.

Not very impressed in the Westfield corner, went down 15 minutes before half time to get two drinks and despite the fact that there were two tills open (only one person working each point of sale) it took the best part of ten minutes for them to serve the bloke in front of me with 3 drinks and two hot dogs.

Did anyone have a pint 0f `draught stones` last night from the bottom of the steps bar on the kop?you had to que at the normal bar-pay your money for stones-recieve a drinks voucher-leave the que/join the `stones`que-present your voucher to the uneducated bar person-in reciept of a pint of piss-FECKING JOKE THE CATERING STANDARDS DOWN THERE-FECKING JOKE.

At the Oxford game my lad wanted a hot dog. So at half time we went down to the refreshments in the John St stand. We were 4th or 5th in the queue. Got to the front and asked for a mini fish and chips for me and a hot dog for him. The girl told me there were no fish left. Then tells me they didnt have hot dogs either. No problem he will have a burger. Once we got back to the seats I opened the burger for him and was greeted with a rock hard breadcake. I should have took it back but just told him to eat the burger. If we cant supply a small crowd what hope is there when its a big one?
