CARLOS TEVEZ was so firmly controlled by his third-party owners that they paid to insure him for West Ham’s final two games of last season – even after the Premier League had ordered the club to rip up the player’s contracts with the offshore companies.

This latest revelation demonstrates that MSI and Just Sport Inc, the investors who brought Tevez to England in 2006, were utterly influential in the player’s career right up to his last day at the club.

The companies paid £23,000 to insurers AON to enable Tevez to play in the crucial final fixtures against Bolton on May 5 and Manchester United on May 13.

Tevez scored twice in a win against Bolton and got the match-winner against United which confirmed the club’s safety.

West Ham said they would not comment until they had seen the documents, while Kia Joorabchian, who represented the third parties, also declined to comment.

It will all come out.

All too fucking late for us now.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

The whole saga is as bent as a nine bob note, stinks like an eel pie but Dame Trev & Co will dismiss all and SUFC will get FA.

Forget any justice, there's very little of that around in football.
No matter what comes out nothing will be done in our favour.

if these are legit, west ham must be demoted. the FA fined them. then if they broke it again they can show a soft spot and must act accordingly. other sports do it, why not football?
