Cash flow

Sadly I have seen banks hold on to cash and force companies to voluntarily go into administration. I am certainly not suggesting it is happening here and the scene is much calmer than it was during 2009-2015.
It definitely happens, however with a business potentially months from a big windfall it would be counter intuitive to do so in this case!

If that’s happening then rather than just insinuate it’s happening it would be better to have some kind of proof.

If you’re concerned that it’s happening then you should probably call the HMRC and ask them to investigate.

Or call the auditors out.

Glazers and Man Utd spring to mind.

It’s easy for the Prince to pay himself a consultancy fee.

As you say it was common practice some years ago. Pay in and the overdraft facility is reduced.

Do we have an overdraft ? Previous recent accounts tend to show we keep credit balances. Perhaps Andy can delve into The bank account and tell us.

He’d have to declare it in the accounts, he hasn’t done in the past, remains to be seen for the most recent year, we’ll know fairly soon if he has.

He might have paid Stormy Daniels off as well which is just about as likely.

There are these rules about stuff like that. He’s not going to be able to take a dividend either, before that gets mooted.
