Christ some people are knee jerk. Two good goals from Robinson against Chelsea. Both well taken, but both on a plate. He did very little for the rest of the game. He’s still the same player we sold. Before this game, WBA fans were debating whether he could play down the middle for them. He’s only playing there because WBA have fewer options than even us.

And in the alternate universe where Robinson stayed and got 2 goals and generally continued to be not much good for us, it'd be "should have got rid in summer and got someone else in, didn't work last season so why keep him?".

Wilder can't win.
If my auntie was my unkle ...

Doesn’t look that shit tonight

He was when we released him for Burke....another Wilder transfer disaster, throw in Maupay and we have to wonder!!

Think I put that after the transfer went through....

He's not our player, he was, like Brooks and maguire but I dint get all fuzzy about them either..

Slow is one thing he isn’t !
He isn’t fast. I remember some stats being leaked last pre season. Callum Robinson was alarmingly way down the list.

Oh, that and - my eyes.

It is a knee-jerk reaction, I agree, but this is happening amidst the valid discussion as to where our goals are going to come from this season, I think that reaction is simply justified (as a reaction). Fans supporting the club enthusiastically would react that way in the heat of the moment. As for you, I envy that you always manage to keep your self-possession. Or that's what I'm reading in between the lines here. Do you? If you do, you must be quite advanced in the art of Zen - or then just have lost the gist of what it really is to support your team, being in London and all that...

What would be your reaction if McB scored two good goals against Leeds today? "Nah, too early to say anything, really"? Would that be it?

I'll be absolutely over the moon if the beat Leeds today, and if McB scores two, I'll applaud him without restraint as a hero. That'd be somewhat knee-jerk reaction, I guess, as he hasn't really been banging' them in, but I think my reaction would be valid. UTB.

You’ve not read the post that I replied to. Was talking about Lee Evans not Callum Robinson

Interesting, she was only 3 the last time you were on here spouting your self confident opinions. In 2016, Wilder had to go, to be replaced by Warnock and you predicted 15 points by Christmas.

In case you’ve forgotten, we ended up with 100 points, and 2 seasons later got promoted to the Premier League, finished 9th and not a single comment from you in four years. Suddenly, here you are again, as though no one would notice. I have, why would you have any more idea about football today than you did four years ago?
Get a life

I’d judge McBurnie on everything else as well, not just two goals on their own, as everyone seems to be doing for Robinson. Apologies if that makes me less of a fan, somehow. It must be to do with me being from London. Totally stand by the PM I sent you, btw.
