CONFIRMED Callum O'Hare signs on a four-year deal

They're a bigger club, hate saying it, but more importantly they don't have 2 points deducted and more importantly again we are in the midst of a takeover and I doubt that is assisting as it's causing issues in recruitment.

Hope I'm wrong and we can offer a good deal. We missed out on Browne to Sunderland but maybe we weren't interested, I dont know.

They have loads of assets to sell and have already started selling them. Surely nobody would argue they couldn't sign a championship player on a free transfer? They will absolutely still be paying top wages at this level.

Sheffield United are ahead in the race for free agent Callum O’Hare - and set to beat Leeds United for his signing.

Midfield magician O’Hare could collect a sizeable wage and signing on fee from Blades after days of negotiating with interested clubs.

O’Hare would be the third free transfer signing at Bramall Lane following the arrivals of Jamie Shackleton and Sam McCallum.

There is cash is available for frees and loans and the imminent capture of Kieffer Moore from Bournemouth in a loan to buy deal will give boss Chris Wilder a further boost.

Moore was set to sign for Hull City and due to fly to Turkey to join them in their pre season camp before United found the funds for the swoop.
