After the worst season in years, and a complete lack of acceptance from the club, it leads to think that there is only one way left we can register our displeasure with the club, and the direction it is heading in, and what we need to do after we drop tomorrow is have the mother of all car park demonstrations to let the people who are running the club know what we think about this season, and their complete lack of interest.

So after the match if we are relegated, it needs everyone to congregate in the car park to protest.

Now that is much more like it Mr Brown.

Constant vocal abuse towards the directors box during the game would be much appreciated as well.

Birch OUT. McCabe OUT. Please leave my beloved club alone.

Nothing against any kind of protest if that's how people feel, but surely constructive criticism would be taking a higher moral ground than "constant abuse"?

I understand your frustrations, after all we are all suffering, but this won't alter anything. We will still be relegated

Constructive Criticism is easy to ignore. A mass widescale protest isn't.

If constant abuse is what is required to register our displeasure, then constant abuse is what is needed.

You think a few emails might do it?
Sorry, couldn't resist.

Now let me think, would a removal of the board bring in more season ticket holders?

How about Brownie you plead with all Blades fans to fill the ground tomoz to show the board what they could have.

As for car park, not for me or other Blades I know.

I don't think Mr Birch has any idea of what plenty of lifelong loyal Blades think of him, the club, the team everything. Contempt and disgust is not easy to show in a constructive way.

Behave Leonard :)

Call them all "twats" and "liars" and "thieves" all you want... but I would say that resorting to the lowest common denominator of abuse just gives them more call to ignore it.

As for "sack the board", who pray, will be sacking who?

Maybe direct protest is the only thing they'll listen to and it might at least prompt our owner to come out and actually say something, anything, a sentence, a word...

Like I said, no problem with a protest. I would just hope it would be more constructive than a group of people questioning the current board's parentage en-masse.

Personally, I think he does.

Instead of demanding him out, why not attempt to have some dialogue with him first and then make up your mind?

Some more witty chants would definitely be in order though I can't think of much beyond 'what the ferk is going on', at the moment.

Without wanting to go round in circles, isn't that exactly what many of us have been calling for over the last few weeks? Isn't it his job, in his senior position at the club to attempt to engage with supporters in a meaningful and transparent way?

The welfare of the balance sheet isn't Trevor Birch's number one priority. The balance sheet is.

He doesn't give a fuck about any one of us mugs who throws thousands of pound at the club, we need to show him, that this season has quite simply been not good enough, and he has played a major part of it

So we want Trevor Birch posting on here as well now?

If anyone would like to meet with Trevor Birch or Richard Batho, PM me and I'll do the leg work and try and organise something. If not, fair enough, don't bother, but can we not just keep going around in circles?

My point was, personally I think before demanding someone's head, it's a bit fairer to at least try and hear what they have to say.

I completely understand that people want more communication, so do I, and it's something that I've communicated... But it's not a simple case of anyone people require to hear from coming and chatting on the forum!

Emotive, tribal,in yer blood......thats what McCabe & Co trade on.....fook him ....he's spouted too much b0ll0x in the past !
I'll pick and choose my games and pray for the day when he fooks off.
As for communication they can stick that reight up there arse ......... I want action not words !
Good luck with the car park protest.

I'm not sure if that was what BaldeRunner meant but I would certainly expect Birch to be communicating openly in the media about what the ferk is going on.

Why would we need dialogue with him when we have Batho, the voice of the masses :croc:

If the club was run by people who cared then there wouldn't be any of this shit. We've been almost as bad as this before and almost accepted it but now, there are so many rich men in suits, passing the buck and creating a wall of silence that the club's become a joke.

Say what you like Foxy, the spawns of Superblade couldn't give two shits about SUFC, they could have stopped us getting in this situation and chose to do fuck all about it. Hang them all out to dry I say, it's the least they deserve, they should all have Judas as a middle name.

And do you know what really fucking angers me.

It's those wankers in suits who have ruined the football club i love

That's not what I said or meant. I don't expect him to come on here and debate openly. I do appreciate your offer to set up a meeting with either Trevor Birch or Richard Batho but (and here I am going round in circles a bit) that's not what I want. I don't want a personal relationship with them I want an open relationship between me as a 'fan' and them as 'representatives'. It is about accountability and accountability is much stronger when it is transparent, public and robust. I agree I am using this forum to make this request because it has an elevated status and i am sure is read by the club. That doesn't necessarily mean that i expect the response to come through this forum.

Just please, someone from the club say something, anything, soon to give us some hope that together we can pull this club around.

So is this protest with shoes on or off? It depends what the answer to that is, as to whether I attend or not.

I think the wankers in red and white shirts have played a part as well.

you on first name terms with them then?? :D
i reckon any team about to be relegateds' board can safely expect a couple of chants of 'sack the board' from their respective fans.. it comes with the territory
