Buying tickets online?

I know it's the wrong forum but I just want to know when does the points tally change over on the online ticketing scheme,I want to purchase tickets for Derby away,it was 10,000 points yesterday we have 5000 which today is our time so wanted to know at what point online it changes to the next points?

Villa changed after 9:00.
I assume it is done manually when they get into the ticket office.

Think it is. Logged in yesterday for Derby a few minutes before 9 and it had already dropped to 10k. Probably needs manual intervention to check how many were sold since the office closed and see if they need to change it to phone/live sales only
