Few would buy any of our strikers. Soooo crap. But we need them off our books. How about offering Brewster for say £15m and buyers get Burke, McB, Moose for free, and if purchased before 30th May, we’d throw in Norwood too.

Good idea?
Are you mad... Brewster is prolific in the championship

True and also false. We are dropping to a level where Brewster/McBurnie/Dids/Billy are proven at, they all average around a goal every 2 games.

The real problem is how and who is going to create chances for them within this current system?

The only striker I would look to offload is Burke, he's not a footballer in anyway shape or form.

I'd keep Moose based on the fact we know there is a serious player in there somewhere, we've seen flashes of it. If the new manager can get this on a consistant basis we have a real talent on our hands.

For me moose would be first out of the door, absolute disgrace of a footballer

I know what you are saying but I just think he's been mis-managed. A player that can smash Man U like he did last season has talent.

Mentally he's collapsed, be interesting what the new manager thinks and how he unlocks his ability?

Did Eddie Howe also mis manage him?

He never played him. Listen i'm not portraying him as the saviour but you cannot deny in the good times last season he was at times unplayable.

That confirms he has talent but lacks attitude?

Can this be repaired?
Wonder why he never played him?

Wonder why Wilder did and he was fantastic for a period?

Talent there, head isn't. That's my point, can it be joined up?
I don't think so, you only have to look at his career stats to sum him up.

You are missing the point.
I don't think I am, the stats show he's played 5 seasons in the premier league and scored 11 goals.
OK he had a brief purple patch with us, but soon reverted to type. Maybe he wants to be back in France, but whatever reason he seems to lack any kind professionalism and motivation. He needs more than an arm round his shoulder, he needs a massive boot up arse.

Boot up the arse works fine for some people, others need the arm around them.

All i'm saying there is a talent there, getting that out week on week is the job of the manager.

Best cross of the match came from Burke

Hi Stegosaurus here

Disagree. Burke's biggest strength is that he's unppredictable and needs to play alongside someone with a sound footballing mind to get the best out of him. Think, when he's running towards goal---most defenders will move to cover the through the ball, or anticipate a shot, or even an attempt at a dribble. How many will predict he'll attempt to pass it to the linesman?

Pair him with a striker who will make a run towards the linesman to get Burke's throughball and we have a player on our hands.

Billie and Didz are fantastic old skool players but too old now unfortunately. Brewster and Mcb may come good in the championship, but let's hypothetically say they do and we go straight back up, we're back to a strike force that crumble in front of Premier League defence - do we off load and say cheers lads but we need someone who will yknow... score.

For me Mcb goes, don't like his attitude and I can't say I'm much of a fan personally. I have defended Moose quite a bit because of that short spell he had where he was a real threat but whether mentally he isn't all there, just not interested anymore or just lost ability I think the manager will either get rid or try and repair.

Brewster will probably stay and might get some more game time now. God knows what we do with Burke... set him running up the Parkway and see where he stops?

Seen one or two article headlines (didn't read them, couldn't be bothered) that were suggesting Rammers could be off

Well that's done it for me mate, he starts every game from now on in.
I would start him in the last three games.
I agree that he is no great footballer, but he has more than just pace and the latter creates opportunities for others.

After yesterday, Jebbison has to be in the squad next season, showed more in 30 mins than Brewster has in 30 games!!!

Steady Tiger, let’s not start building a pedestal too soon. 30 minutes means nowt. Give him time ,don’t rush and we may have a player. We’ve done this to young players before and the pedestal crumbles in months. Easy does it.

So you disagree he should be in the squad then??

He might benefit from a loan until the JTW to get some experience under his belt. We could start next season with Sharp and Didsy, with McB and Brewster trying to force their way in. Let Jebbison get some games elsewhere, then take a view in January, based on how well he’s done and how well the senior strikers have done. If McB or Brewster manage to find some form, they’ll probably keep him out of the side.
If the new manager decided to put him in the squad, I wouldn’t have a problem with it though, he could be like Brooks, one who develops quickly.

How can anyone defend Mousset as a player than needs an arm round them.

The guy is 25.... he's not a kid anymore and he's more or less half way into his career.

He's managed 90 minutes twice in 8 years of football.

The new Morrison.

Bin Moose and Burke, and give Jebbison a place on the bench training with the first team, he can still play in the u23s to get game time.
We need to show a bit of faith in a couple of our youngsters, see how Jebbison does here until JTW and then loan him if he needs to go out, I'd take a chance on him, it might just work, and if he and Brewster can form some sort of link up, then we could be looking at our strike force for the next few seasons!???

Are you sure. Sharp and McGoldrick are past it. McBurnie and Brewster has to work as that’s all we’ve got. It is a great opportunity to blood youngsters into the team while in the Championship.
