Managed to get a ticket to this. Been living in the North West for a number of years now. Only saw us away during that period at Preston for the 1-1 draw under Clough in the league (McEveley had a great game, fancy that) as I debated a number of games for too long before they sold out. Can't wait for the 2nd. It's frosty as fuck in Manchester atm but the forecast is decent so hopefully no chance of it getting called off.

Will be going solo and don't fancy wearing away colours on the tram as to avoid trouble. If you see a rather angry looking fellow in a leather jacket on the met to Bury chances are it's me so say hello.

If we fail to win we know who to blame then.

Due to various reasons, I've only seen us 3 times away from the Lane:

1-0 win at Cov under Robson
1-0 defeat in the Play Off Final against Burnley in 2009
1-1 draw with Preston under Clough

You can blame me if it's low scoring but result-wise it's up in the air
